【摘要】：目的了解高原邊防部隊官兵的營養(yǎng)知識水平、態(tài)度、膳食習慣及其影響因素。方法運用自行設(shè)計的營養(yǎng)知識-態(tài)度-行為(KAP)問卷對90名駐守高原6個月以上的部隊官兵進行調(diào)查,問卷現(xiàn)場發(fā)放并收回。根據(jù)《軍隊營養(yǎng)調(diào)查和評價方法》(GJB 1636A-2016)的要求測量部隊官兵身高、體重、上臂圍和三頭肌皮褶厚度,并計算體重指數(shù)(BMI)和上臂肌圍值。結(jié)果高原部隊官兵營養(yǎng)知識水平中等,營養(yǎng)態(tài)度較好,營養(yǎng)行為水平中等;營養(yǎng)知識與營養(yǎng)行為呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.283,P=0.003),營養(yǎng)知識與年齡呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.228,P=0.04),營養(yǎng)態(tài)度與官兵來源(南北方)呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.339,P=0.035),營養(yǎng)行為與上臂肌圍呈明顯正相關(guān)(r=0.222,P=0.030)。65.6%的官兵希望了解膳食與疾病關(guān)系的相關(guān)知識,25.6%的官兵在高原有飲酒習慣。結(jié)論高原部隊官兵營養(yǎng)知識缺乏,一定程度造成其營養(yǎng)行為的不正確,但官兵們改變現(xiàn)有不良飲食現(xiàn)狀的態(tài)度積極。建議對常駐高原部隊官兵進行高原特需營養(yǎng)膳食宣教,以科學地指導特殊環(huán)境下官兵的膳食營養(yǎng)行為,提高身體健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the nutritional knowledge level and attitude of the officers and soldiers of the frontier troops at high altitude. Methods A self-designed KAP questionnaire on nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior was used to investigate 90 military officers and soldiers who were stationed on the plateau for more than 6 months. According to the requirement of "military Nutrition investigation and Evaluation method" (GJB1636A-2016), the height, weight, upper arm circumference and triceps skinfold thickness of officers and soldiers were measured. Body mass index (BMI) and arm muscle circumference were calculated. Results the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of officers and soldiers at high altitude were moderate. There was a positive correlation between nutritional knowledge and nutritional behavior, a significant positive correlation between nutritional knowledge and age, a significant positive correlation between nutritional knowledge and age, and a significant positive correlation between nutritional attitude and sources of officers and soldiers (North and South). There was a significant positive correlation between nutritional behavior and the circumference of the upper arm muscle. 65.6% of the officers and soldiers had a significant positive correlation with the muscle circumference of the upper arm. It was hoped that 25.6% of the officers and soldiers had drinking habits in the plateau. Conclusion the nutrition knowledge of the officers and soldiers in the plateau army is deficient. To some extent, the nutritional behavior of the officers and soldiers is incorrect, but the officers and men have a positive attitude towards changing the present unhealthy diet status quo. It is suggested that the officers and soldiers of the troops stationed in the plateau should be given special nutritional diet education on the plateau. To scientifically guide the dietary nutrition behavior of officers and soldiers in special environment and improve their health level.
