【摘要】：目的探討急性胸部創(chuàng)傷患者的X線診斷結(jié)果。方法隨機(jī)選取我院2014年1月至2016年1月接診的100例急性胸部創(chuàng)傷患者作為研究對(duì)象,所有患者均通過(guò)病理診斷確診。依照患者的不同影像學(xué)診斷方式將其分成兩組,實(shí)施CT診斷的50例患者為對(duì)照組,實(shí)施X線診斷的50例患者為觀察組,對(duì)比兩組患者的檢出準(zhǔn)確率。結(jié)果由檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),觀察組患者的肺挫傷診斷準(zhǔn)確率為81.58%,肋骨骨折診斷準(zhǔn)確率為90.47%,均明顯高于對(duì)照組患者的65.00%、74.07%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在急性胸部創(chuàng)傷患者臨床診斷中,X線檢出準(zhǔn)確率顯著高于CT診斷,具有積極的臨床意義,值得在臨床中推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the results of X-ray diagnosis of acute thoracic trauma patients. Methods 100 cases of acute chest trauma patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 served as the research object, all patients were diagnosed by pathology. According to different imaging diagnosis of patients will be divided into two groups, 50 cases of CT patients diagnosed as control group. 50 cases of X-ray diagnosis of patients in the observation group, compared two groups of patients with the detection accuracy. The results from the test results found that the observation group of patients with pulmonary contusion diagnostic accuracy rate was 81.58%, the accuracy rate of diagnosis of rib fracture was 90.47%, were significantly higher than those of control group were 65% and 74.07%, compared with two groups of data were statistically. Significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion in clinical diagnosis of patients with acute chest trauma, X-ray detection rate was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis, has positive clinical significance, it is worthy of popularization in clinical application Use.
