【摘要】：正在法醫(yī)鑒定中,鑒定錯誤的情況時有發(fā)生,本文對法醫(yī)鑒定中的錯誤進(jìn)行分析,希望能為同行所借鑒。1法醫(yī)司法鑒定錯誤的成因分析1.1對事物的認(rèn)識缺乏全面性對事物特殊性(現(xiàn)象細(xì)節(jié))的認(rèn)識缺乏深入性,缺乏由表及里的深度邏輯推理,僅依據(jù)表面現(xiàn)象就作出結(jié)論性判斷,難免出現(xiàn)認(rèn)知錯誤。例如,某載滿乘
