【摘要】：完整牙齒三維模型為正畸醫(yī)師進(jìn)行錯頜畸形診斷、治療方案規(guī)劃提供了必要的輔助信息。目前,牙齒三維模型主要通過口腔計算機(jī)斷層掃描(CT)圖像分割與重構(gòu)得到。然而,利用CT圖像重構(gòu)的模型精度較低,不適用于無托槽隱形矯治器的輔助設(shè)計;另一方面,在正畸治療的不同周期對患者進(jìn)行重復(fù)口腔CT掃描會給患者帶來輻射傷害。為此,本文提出基于口腔CT圖像與激光掃描圖像融合重構(gòu)牙齒三維模型的方法。該方法利用口腔CT圖像重構(gòu)的牙根與激光掃描圖像重構(gòu)的牙冠經(jīng)配準(zhǔn)融合后建立完整的牙齒三維模型,所建立的模型牙冠部位精度更高。同時,該方法只需在正畸治療前對患者進(jìn)行一次口腔CT掃描,在治療過程中進(jìn)行激光掃描即可得到患者各治療周期完整的牙列模型,從而通過減少CT掃描次數(shù)降低給患者帶來的輻射傷害。
[Abstract]:The complete 3D model of teeth provides necessary information for orthodontists to diagnose malocclusion and plan treatment plans. At present, the 3D model of teeth is mainly obtained by CT image segmentation and reconstruction. However, The model reconstructed by CT image is not suitable for the aid design of the invisible orthodontic appliance without brackets. On the other hand, repeated oral CT scanning in different cycles of orthodontic treatment can cause radiation injury to the patient. In this paper, a method of reconstruction of tooth model based on the fusion of dental CT image and laser scanning image is presented, which uses the root of dental CT image reconstruction and the crown reconstructed by laser scanning image to establish a complete three-dimensional model of tooth after registration and fusion. At the same time, the method only need to do one oral CT scan before orthodontic treatment, and the complete dentition model can be obtained by laser scanning during the course of treatment. By reducing the number of CT scans to reduce the radiation injury to patients.
