模擬直升機垂直向碰撞傷的初步研究

【摘要】:目的在生物碰撞實驗平臺基礎(chǔ)上,用成體香豬開展頭盆向碰撞減速實驗,研究直升機墜落事故(垂直向碰撞)的損傷特點。方法成年從江香豬18只,根據(jù)速度差變化簡單隨機抽樣分為2組(n=9);豬以"仰臥位"固定,進行頭盆向剛性碰撞模擬直升機垂直墜落,碰撞速度分別設(shè)置為Ⅰ組:8 m/s,Ⅱ組11 m/s;觀察碰撞后即刻至傷后6 h兩組的存活情況、形態(tài)學改變、血氣指標的變化,進行損傷組織的影像學觀察,分析簡明損傷評分(AIS)、損傷嚴重程度評分(ISS)的情況。結(jié)果Ⅰ組速度差(8.21±0.13)m/s,Ⅱ組速度差(10.69±0.41)m/s,垂直向減速度載荷分別為127.85 g和164.35 g,動物中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)、脊柱和胸腹重要臟器均出現(xiàn)損傷,ISS評分分別為(26.67±5.02)分和(52.71±6.13)分(P0.05),動物總體傷情達到重傷和危重傷。結(jié)論成功制作直升機垂直碰撞的重傷與危重傷動物模型,初步明確脾破裂、肺挫傷為其胸腹部損傷的特點。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the damage characteristics of helicopter crash accident (vertical impact) by using adult Xiang pig's head-basin impact deceleration test on the basis of biological collision experiment platform. Methods 18 adult Congjiang Xiang pigs were used to study the damage characteristics of helicopter crash accident (vertical impact). According to the variation of velocity difference, a simple random sampling was divided into two groups.
