【摘要】：正患者女,29歲,主因"左手掌淋巴血管瘤26年余,手術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)4月余"就診。26年前,患者無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)左手掌異物,行組織活檢診斷為淋巴血管瘤,于外院先行放療后再行手術(shù)治療。術(shù)后患者左手生長(zhǎng)緩慢,各手指活動(dòng)尚可,但左手較右手明顯偏小。2013年,患者左手掌出現(xiàn)黃豆大小包塊,質(zhì)軟,疼痛。近4個(gè)月來(lái),包塊生長(zhǎng)迅速,表面皮膚破潰、有鮮血流出,并逐漸出現(xiàn)手掌、手背及各手指腫脹,活動(dòng)受限,觸之疼痛加重,保守治療無(wú)效、就診于本院。查體:左手腫脹畸形,較右手明顯偏小,左手背及左手掌
