【摘要】：正前交叉韌帶(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)連接股骨與脛骨,主要作用是限制脛骨向前過(guò)度移位,維持膝關(guān)節(jié)的穩(wěn)定性。ACL極容易部分撕裂或完全斷裂而導(dǎo)致疼痛、不適、膝關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)和關(guān)節(jié)松弛,最終引起創(chuàng)傷性骨關(guān)節(jié)炎[1]。文獻(xiàn)研究表明,ACL損傷發(fā)生率為35/100000人,其中女性運(yùn)動(dòng)員的發(fā)生率是男性運(yùn)動(dòng)員的2~8倍[2-4]。由于ACL其自身解剖結(jié)構(gòu)及血液供應(yīng)分布等
[Abstract]:The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) connects the femur with the tibia, the main function of which is to limit the excessive forward displacement of the tibia.
