【摘要】：目的了解水面艦船艦員心理健康狀況及不同艦船環(huán)境對(duì)艦員心理健康狀況的影響,為艦員心理疏導(dǎo)提供依據(jù)。方法采用癥狀自評(píng)量表(SCL-90)分別對(duì)不同艦船環(huán)境下的A型艦船艦員309人、B型艦船艦員332人、C型艦船艦員240人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,比較三種不同艦船環(huán)境艦員心理健康狀況。結(jié)果水面艦船艦員各因子分及總分顯著低于中國(guó)軍人常模(P0.001);A型艦船艦員與B型艦船艦員各因子分及總分差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),A型艦船艦員與C型艦船艦員比較(除軀體化、敵對(duì)及精神病性因子外),B型艦船艦員與C型艦船艦員比較(除軀體化、偏執(zhí)、及精神病性因子外),各因子分及總分差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論水面艦船艦員的心理健康狀況良好,但不同艦船環(huán)境對(duì)艦員的心理健康狀況會(huì)產(chǎn)生不同影響,應(yīng)有針對(duì)性地加強(qiáng)不同艦員的心理健康教育和干預(yù),提高艦船艦員心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the mental health status of surface warship crew and the influence of different ship environment on their mental health. Methods the symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to analyze 309 ships with type A and 332 members with type B in different warship environments. The mental health status of naval personnel in three different environments was compared. Results the factor scores and total scores of surface warship crew were significantly lower than that of the Chinese military norm (P0.001). There was no significant difference in factor scores and total scores between type A warship and type B warship personnel. There was no significant difference between type A warship crew and type C warship crew (except somatization, hostility and psychosis factors). Type B warship crew compared with type C warship crew (except somatization, paranoia, and psychotic factors). Conclusion the mental health status of surface ship crew is good, but different ship environment will have different influence on the mental health status of ship personnel. Mental health education and intervention should be strengthened to improve the mental health level of warship crew.
