【摘要】：目的探討查腎嫌色細(xì)胞癌(chromophobe renal cell carcinoma,CRCC)在MSCT腹部常規(guī)雙期增強(qiáng)掃描中的強(qiáng)化特征。方法對(duì)17例CRCC在腹部常規(guī)雙期增強(qiáng)掃描中的CT表現(xiàn),計(jì)算并比較CRCC病灶實(shí)質(zhì)和正常腎皮質(zhì)在平掃、動(dòng)脈期、靜脈期的CT值,病灶在動(dòng)靜脈期的強(qiáng)化程度以及病灶實(shí)質(zhì)與腎皮質(zhì)的強(qiáng)化比值。結(jié)果 CRCC腫塊在平掃時(shí)密度稍高于或低于正常腎實(shí)質(zhì),兩者差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.073);動(dòng)脈期和靜脈期,腫塊輕到中度均勻強(qiáng)化,增強(qiáng)后各期的CT值顯著低于正常腎皮質(zhì)(P=0.015,0.001);腫塊在動(dòng)靜脈期與平掃比較后的強(qiáng)化值,以及與正常腎皮質(zhì)的強(qiáng)化比值未見顯著差異(P0.05);CRCC在動(dòng)靜脈期的強(qiáng)化模式呈"均勻型",而腎實(shí)質(zhì)呈"漸升型"。結(jié)論腎CRCC在腹部常規(guī)雙期增強(qiáng)掃描動(dòng)脈期呈輕中度均勻強(qiáng)化,靜脈期持續(xù)強(qiáng)化,動(dòng)靜脈期強(qiáng)化值均顯著低于腎皮質(zhì),呈"均勻型""反轉(zhuǎn)型"強(qiáng)化模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the detection of chromophobe renal cell carcinoma in renal chromophobe carcinoma. Methods CT findings of 17 cases of CRCC in abdominal routine dual phase enhanced scan were studied. Computed and compared the CT values of CRCC focus parenchyma and normal renal cortex in plain scan, arterial phase and venous phase. The enhancement degree of the lesion in the arteriovenous phase and the enhancement ratio of the lesion parenchyma to the renal cortex. Results the density of the CRCC mass was slightly higher or lower than that of the normal renal parenchyma during plain scan. There was no significant difference between the two groups. In arterial and venous phases, the mass was enhanced evenly from mild to moderate, and the CT value of each phase after enhancement was significantly lower than that in normal renal cortex. There was no significant difference in the enhancement value of the mass between the arteriovenous phase and the plain scan and the enhancement ratio between the mass and the normal renal cortex (P 0.05). The enhancement pattern of CRCC in arteriovenous phase was "homogeneous", while that of renal parenchyma was "progressive". Conclusion Renal CRCC shows mild to moderate homogeneous enhancement in arterial phase and continuous enhancement in venous phase in abdominal routine dual-phase enhanced arterial phase. The enhancement value of arteriovenous phase was significantly lower than that of renal cortex.
