【摘要】：目的觀察自制加味玉屏風(fēng)口服液對某航天發(fā)射場新兵急性呼吸系統(tǒng)感染的預(yù)防效果。方法選擇甘肅地區(qū)2013年冬季入伍男性新兵194名作為研究對象,并將其按編制序列隨機(jī)分為觀察組(98例)和對照組(96例)。來場區(qū)前24 h內(nèi),觀察組給予加味玉屏風(fēng)口服液10 m L,每天2次;對照組給予紅糖水10 m L,每天2次。兩組均給予綜合性基礎(chǔ)干預(yù)措施。統(tǒng)計(jì)新兵訓(xùn)練期間兩組急性呼吸系統(tǒng)感染發(fā)生率。結(jié)果兩組均未發(fā)生嚴(yán)重呼吸道感染,但觀察組呼吸系統(tǒng)感染發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組患者急性呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病發(fā)生率的時間分布比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組新兵在服藥期間及服用后均未發(fā)生惡心、嘔吐等不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論在綜合性干預(yù)基礎(chǔ)上,早期應(yīng)用加味玉屏風(fēng)口服液對新兵急性呼吸系統(tǒng)感染預(yù)防效果顯著,不僅可進(jìn)一步降低其總發(fā)生率,還能防止其爆發(fā)流行。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the effect of modified Yuping Feng oral liquid emission prevention effect of acute respiratory infection in field recruits of a space. The choice of Gansu area in the winter of 2013 the army male recruits 194 as the research object, and according to its sequence were randomly divided into observation group (98 cases) and control group (96 cases). To field the first 24 h, the observation group was treated with the wind of Yuping oral liquid 10 m L, 2 times a day; the control group was given 10 m L brown sugar water, 2 times a day. The two groups were given comprehensive basic statistics during basic training interventions. The incidence of infection in two groups of acute respiratory system. The results of the two groups were no severe respiratory tract infection, but the observation group respiratory infection rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the two groups of patients with acute respiratory disease incidence time distribution, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); the two group of recruits during this time period No adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting were found between the two groups. Conclusion on the basis of comprehensive intervention, early application of modified Yuping wind oral liquid has significant preventive effect on acute respiratory infection of recruits, which not only can further reduce its total incidence, but also prevent its outbreak.
