【摘要】：正新的《人體損傷程度鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》)規(guī)定,瞳孔括約肌損傷致瞳孔顯著變形或者瞳孔散大(直徑0.6cm以上)為輕傷二級(jí)。由于外傷性瞳孔散大在法醫(yī)臨床檢驗(yàn)鑒定中并不多見(jiàn),筆者對(duì)其在鑒定中的注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)。1外傷性瞳孔散大的概念瞳孔位于眼球壁中層,為虹膜中央的圓孔。虹膜前面的基質(zhì)層中呈環(huán)形分布于瞳孔緣部的平滑肌為瞳孔括約肌,受動(dòng)眼神經(jīng)中的副交感神經(jīng)支配,司縮瞳作用。后面的色素上皮層中呈放射狀排列的平滑肌為瞳孔開(kāi)大肌,受交感神經(jīng)支配,司散瞳作用。瞳
