【摘要】：目的:探討應用發(fā)射型計算機斷層掃描(emission computed tomography,ECT)技術對功能性消化不良胃排空的影響因素.方法:收集2012-06/2015-04延邊大學附屬醫(yī)院收治的功能性消化不良胃排空患者的臨床資料72例作為實驗組A.選取經(jīng)ECT核素標記檢測提示胃排空延遲者72例為實驗組B.選取同時期來延邊大學附屬醫(yī)院進行健康體檢的志愿者72例作為對照組.對實驗組A進行SPECT胃排空檢測.實驗組B采取口服西沙比利治療.觀察實驗組A和對照組T1/2時間、最大殘留率(maximum rate of residual,EAOM)、全胃及各分區(qū)面積,觀察實驗組B治療效果.結(jié)果:實驗組A的T1/2在近端胃、遠端胃方面,均顯著長于對照組(P0.05).實驗組A EAOM在近端胃、遠端胃、中間橫帶(midgastric transverse band,MTB)區(qū)方面,均顯著高于對照組(P0.05).實驗組A在近端胃、遠端胃、MTB區(qū)、全胃的面積方面,均顯著高于對照組(P0.05).實驗組B采取西沙比利治療.72例患者近胃端T1/2從69.24 min±9.33 min下降至48.55 min±8.64min,患者殘留率從42.88%下降至29.99%,治療后效果優(yōu)于治療前,治療前后比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);患者服藥前MTB寬度為3.33 cm±0.09 cm,服藥后MTB寬度為2.68 cm±0.09 cm,治療后MTB寬度低于治療前,治療前后比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05).結(jié)論:應用ECT技術能夠檢測功能性消化不良胃排空的影響因素,患者經(jīng)西沙比利治療后,效果較好.
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the application of emission computed tomography (emission computed tomography, ECT) influence factors on functional dyspepsia gastric emptying. Methods: from the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University 2012-06/2015-04 clinical data of gastric emptying in patients with functional dyspepsia in 72 cases as experimental group A. selected by ECT labeled detection indicated that the delayed gastric emptying. 72 cases of the experimental group B. select the same period to the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University of healthy volunteers as a control group of 72 cases were detected. SPECT on gastric emptying in experimental group. The experimental group adopted B A and Do Si Shah Billy treatment. The experimental group A and control group T1/2 time, maximum residue rate (maximum rate of, residual, EAOM) the stomach and the partition area, was observed in the experimental group B treatment. Results: the experimental group of A T1/2 in the proximal stomach and distal stomach, significantly longer than the control group (P0.05) The experimental group A EAOM in the proximal stomach and distal gastric midgastric transverse band (midgastric transverse, band, MTB) area, were significantly higher than control group (P0.05). The experimental group A in the proximal stomach and distal gastric area MTB, stomach area, were significantly higher than control group (P0.05). The experimental group B.72 patients take Si Shah Billy in the treatment of proximal gastric T1/2 decreased from 69.24 min to 48.55 min + 9.33 min + 8.64min patients with residual rate decreased from 42.88% to 29.99%, better than the treatment before, after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); patients before taking the MTB width of 3.33 cm + 0.09 cm, after taking the MTB width of 2.68 cm + 0.09 cm, width of MTB after treatment lower than before treatment, after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the application of ECT technology can influence factors of functional dyspepsia gastric emptying of patients after cisapride treatment, the effect is Good.
