老撾與中國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系研究

【摘要】：老撾和中國是山水相連的友好鄰邦,兩國人民傳統(tǒng)友誼源遠流長。老撾和中國都是亞洲發(fā)展中國家,老撾自然資源豐富,地理位置優(yōu)越。中國市場巨大,GDP保持了30年的高速增長,已經(jīng)成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟體。自建交以來,老撾和中國在政治、經(jīng)濟、軍事、文化、衛(wèi)生等領(lǐng)域的友好交流與合作不斷得到加強,形成了良好的經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系。目前老撾仍然是農(nóng)業(yè)國,農(nóng)業(yè)占國民經(jīng)濟比重較大,工業(yè)水平落后,發(fā)展緩慢。老撾不僅缺少先進的設(shè)備、技術(shù)和人才,而且缺少足夠的資金來開發(fā)豐富農(nóng)業(yè)、礦產(chǎn)資源。中國資金、技術(shù)、人才力量雄厚,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展迅速,市場廣闊,但是國內(nèi)農(nóng)業(yè)、礦產(chǎn)資源日益難以滿足經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需求,強烈渴求對外尋求自然資源和開拓海外市場。因此老撾和中國兩國經(jīng)濟互補性非常強,合作潛力巨大。加強中老兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對于中老兩國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展非常重要。在兩國政府的共同努力下,中國與老撾經(jīng)貿(mào)來往越來越頻繁,雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)不斷加強,前景廣闊。但是目前中老兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系中也存在諸多問題,面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)。因此分析總結(jié)中老兩國雙邊貿(mào)易的現(xiàn)狀,特點以及存在的問題,研究推進中老兩國的雙邊貿(mào)易關(guān)系發(fā)展的對策及建議有非常重要的意義。 本文研究內(nèi)容分為三大部分,各章節(jié)內(nèi)容如下： 第一章：簡述老撾的地理位置,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展歷史,以及國民經(jīng)濟構(gòu)成和對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)合中國—東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)以及湄公河次區(qū)域開發(fā)分析老撾獨特的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢。其次介紹兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展歷程。在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了中老雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的政治、經(jīng)濟等條件。 第二章：首先介紹了中老雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,并分析了導致該現(xiàn)狀的原因,其次,闡述了中老雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的諸多特點。最后分析了中老兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系存在的問題。 第三章：結(jié)合目前中老雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,闡釋了推動中國和老撾雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的建議。對于未來中老雙邊貿(mào)易合作提出了戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,并重點提出了中老經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。 在深入地研究中老兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,針對中老雙邊貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀和問題,利用理論研究成果為中老雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展建言獻策,推進兩國雙邊貿(mào)易經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展。兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的深化不僅有利于兩國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展、提高國民生活水平,更有利于兩國參與區(qū)域化經(jīng)濟合作和全球經(jīng)濟一體化框架下的國際分工。當前,湄公河次區(qū)域國際化合作和中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)為兩國提供了良好的發(fā)展平臺,相信兩國雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系會發(fā)展得越來越好。
[Abstract]:Laos and China are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers. The traditional friendship between the two peoples goes back to ancient times. Laos and China are both developing countries in Asia. Laos is rich in natural resources and superior in geographical location. China has a huge market, GDP has maintained a 30-year high-speed growth, has become the world's second largest economy. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the friendly exchanges and cooperation between Laos and China in the fields of politics, economy, military affairs, culture and health have been continuously strengthened, and good economic and trade relations have been formed. At present, Laos is still an agricultural country, agriculture accounts for a large proportion of the national economy, industrial level is backward, slow development. Laos lacks not only advanced equipment, technology and talent, but also sufficient funds to develop rich agricultural and mineral resources. China is rich in capital, technology and talents, its economy is developing rapidly and its market is wide. However, domestic agriculture and mineral resources are increasingly difficult to meet the needs of economic development, and are eager to seek natural resources from abroad and open up overseas markets. Therefore, Laos and China are highly complementary economies and have great potential for cooperation. Strengthening bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Laos is very important for the economic development of China and Laos. With the joint efforts of the two governments, economic and trade exchanges between China and Laos have become more and more frequent. However, there are also many problems and challenges in bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze and summarize the current situation, characteristics and existing problems of bilateral trade between China and Laos, and to study the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of bilateral trade relations between China and Laos. The content of this paper is divided into three parts. The contents of each chapter are as follows: chapter one: brief introduction of Laos' geographical location, history of economic development, composition of national economy and structure of foreign trade. Based on the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade area and Mekong Subregion, Laos's unique location advantage is analyzed. Second, the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries. On this basis, the political and economic conditions for the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos are expounded. Chapter two: firstly, it introduces the present situation of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos, analyzes the reasons leading to the present situation, and then expounds the characteristics of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos. Finally, the problems of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos are analyzed. Chapter three: according to the present situation and existing problems of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos, the author expounds the suggestions to promote the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos. This paper puts forward a strategic conception of bilateral trade cooperation between China and Laos in the future, and puts forward the strategic transformation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Laos. On the basis of in-depth study of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos, and in view of the current situation and problems of bilateral trade between China and Laos, suggestions are made for the development of bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Laos through theoretical research results, so as to promote the development of bilateral trade and economic relations between the two countries. The deepening of bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries is not only conducive to the economic development of the two countries, improve the standard of living of the people, but also conducive to the participation of the two countries in the regional economic cooperation and the international division of labor under the framework of global economic integration. At present, the international cooperation in the Mekong sub-region and the China-ASEAN Free Trade area have provided a good platform for the two countries to develop, and I believe that the bilateral economic and trade relations between the two countries will develop better and better.
