【摘要】：兒童認(rèn)知發(fā)育評(píng)估的重要工具是發(fā)育評(píng)估量表。我國(guó)目前可供臨床使用的認(rèn)知發(fā)育篩查和診斷量表較少,應(yīng)用面較窄(主要在兒童保健領(lǐng)域),大多處于研究性或小范圍使用階段。6歲以內(nèi)包括認(rèn)知發(fā)育的發(fā)育評(píng)估,在兒童保健和疾病監(jiān)測(cè)等方面都具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。推進(jìn)對(duì)認(rèn)知發(fā)育障礙的早期發(fā)現(xiàn)和早期干預(yù)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)很有必要。
[Abstract]:The development assessment scale is an important tool for children's cognitive development assessment. At present, there are few cognitive development screening and diagnostic scales available for clinical use in China, and their application is narrow (mainly in the field of child health care). Most of them are in the stage of research or small use. The developmental assessment of cognitive development within 6 years of age has a broad application prospect in child health care and disease surveillance. It is necessary to promote the understanding of the early detection of cognitive developmental disorders and the importance of early intervention.
