【摘要】：目的制定不同胎齡新生兒身長體重指數(shù),為胎兒宮內(nèi)發(fā)育評價提供參考數(shù)據(jù)。方法采用橫斷面時間段整群抽樣實況調(diào)查方法,于2005~2006年在深圳寶安區(qū)婦幼保健院完成了8 357例不同胎齡新生兒體重、身長、頂臀長、頭圍、胸圍現(xiàn)場測量,用以制定不同胎齡新生兒身長體重指數(shù)。結(jié)果計算深圳不同胎齡(孕28~44周)不同性別新生兒身長體重五項指數(shù)[克托萊指數(shù)(QI)、考浦指數(shù)(KI);勞雷爾指數(shù)(RI);利比指數(shù)(LI);勃洛克指數(shù)(PI)],以均數(shù)±標準差表示。結(jié)果五項身長體重指數(shù)都隨胎齡增加指數(shù)值不斷遞增,峰值出現(xiàn)在孕41~43周,顯示了胎兒胎齡增大人體密度和充實度不斷提高。男性QI、KI和PI值高于女性(P0.05)。結(jié)論不同胎齡新生兒隨胎齡增加人體密度和充實度不斷提高,男嬰充實度比女嬰好。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the body length and body mass index (BMI) of neonates of different gestational ages and to provide reference data for the evaluation of fetal intrauterine development. Methods A cluster sampling survey was conducted in Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shenzhen from 2005 to 2006.
