【摘要】：目的評價垂體后葉素局部注射治療瘢痕子宮妊娠人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)中大出血患者的療效。方法選取瘢痕子宮妊娠人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)中大出血患者42例,均分為兩組,對照組21例采用縮宮素局部肌內(nèi)注射止血,試驗(yàn)組21例接受垂體后葉素局部注射治療,評價治療效果。結(jié)果兩組活動性出血停止時間、繼續(xù)出血量、出血后血紅蛋白水平、術(shù)后住院時間對比,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組術(shù)后抗生素使用時間及陰道流血停止時間、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論垂體后葉素局部注射治療瘢痕子宮妊娠人工流產(chǎn)術(shù)中大出血,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective To evaluate the effect of partial injection of pituitrin in the treatment of patients with major bleeding during pregnancy induced abortion. Methods 42 cases of major bleeding were divided into two groups: control group (21 cases) and control group (21 cases) were treated with local injection of oxytocin, and the treatment effect was evaluated. Results The time of the two groups of active bleeding, the amount of blood loss, the level of hemoglobin after the bleeding and the time of the post-operative hospital stay were compared, the test group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), and the use time of the antibiotics and the stopping time of the vaginal bleeding after the operation of the two groups. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P0.05). Conclusion Local injection of pituitrin is safe and reliable for the treatment of major bleeding in the uterine pregnancy induced abortion.
