【摘要】：目的通過風(fēng)險評估,探討日照市乙腦、瘧疾、登革熱、絲蟲病、基孔肯雅熱和西尼羅熱6種蚊媒傳染病發(fā)生的可能性、危害性、人群易感性及綜合風(fēng)險大小,為針對性地開展蚊蟲媒介防治,做好當(dāng)?shù)匚妹絺魅静〉姆揽靥峁┮罁?jù)。方法應(yīng)用德爾菲法,邀請各相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜以u分,最后根據(jù)既定風(fēng)險評估方案,計算6種蚊媒傳染病傳播流行風(fēng)險等級,綜合評價蚊媒傳染病的風(fēng)險大小。結(jié)果通過3輪專家風(fēng)險評估,專家積極系數(shù)為1.00,3個方面的權(quán)威系數(shù)分別為0.71、0.74和0.72,協(xié)調(diào)系數(shù)分別為0.69、0.66和0.67,專家意見趨勢一致。對單個蚊媒傳染病病種/聚集性疫情在日照市傳播流行的可能性、危害性和易感性進行綜合分析,乙腦(8.58)和瘧疾(8.01)綜合風(fēng)險為高,登革熱(7.77)的綜合風(fēng)險為中等,絲蟲病(5.94)、基孔肯雅熱(4.61)和西尼羅熱(4.10)的綜合風(fēng)險為低。結(jié)論日照市今后蚊媒傳染病防控工作應(yīng)重點關(guān)注風(fēng)險高和較高的蚊媒傳染病。完善相應(yīng)蚊媒傳染病應(yīng)急預(yù)案,定期開展蚊蟲媒介的監(jiān)測,努力做好蚊媒傳染病的防控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the possibility, harmfulness, population susceptibility and comprehensive risk of six mosquito-borne infectious diseases including Japanese epidemic, malaria, dengue fever, filariasis, chikungunya fever and West Nile fever in Rizhao City, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in Rizhao. Methods according to the established risk assessment scheme, the epidemic risk grades of 6 kinds of mosquito-borne infectious diseases were calculated and the risk of mosquito-borne infectious diseases was comprehensively evaluated. Results through three rounds of expert risk assessment, the positive coefficient of experts was 1.00, the authority coefficient of the three aspects was 0.71, 0.74 and 0.72, and the coordination coefficient was 0.69, 0.66 and 0.67, respectively. The possibility, harmfulness and susceptibility of single mosquito-borne infectious disease / aggregation epidemic in Rizhao city were analyzed synthetically. The combined risk of Japanese epidemic (8.58) and malaria (8.01) was high, that of dengue fever (7.77) was moderate, and that of filariasis (5.94), chikungunya fever (4.61) and West Nile fever (4.10) was low. Conclusion the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases in Rizhao should focus on the high risk and high risk of mosquito-borne infectious diseases. We will improve the corresponding emergency plans for mosquito-borne infectious diseases, regularly carry out mosquito vector monitoring, and strive to do a good job in the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.
