電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法測定手術(shù)室空氣中順鉑

【摘要】:目的建立電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜(ICP-MS)測定手術(shù)室空氣中順鉑的方法。方法手術(shù)室空氣中的順鉑用微孔濾膜和吸收液分別采集,微孔濾膜用濃硝酸消解,吸收液直接稀釋后,用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀(ICP-MS)測定。結(jié)果該方法檢出限為4.34×10~(-3)μg/L,加標(biāo)回收率為92.6%~98.0%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.83%~4.31%,微孔濾膜采樣法最低檢出濃度為0.010×10~(-3)mg/m~3,吸收液采樣法最低檢出濃度為0.024×10~(-3)mg/m~3。結(jié)論該方法簡便、快捷、準(zhǔn)確且靈敏度高,可用于手術(shù)室空氣中順鉑的檢測。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of DDP in operating room air by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods DDP in the air of operating room was collected by microporous filter membrane and absorption liquid respectively. The microporous filter membrane was digested with concentrated nitric acid and diluted directly. The absorption solution was directly diluted and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).
