【摘要】：目的了解天津市蔬菜、水果和袋泡茶中農(nóng)藥殘留量情況,為監(jiān)管部門提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法從天津市各類超市、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)隨機(jī)購買樣品,用氣相色譜法檢測(cè)有機(jī)磷、有機(jī)氯、擬除蟲菊酯類、氨基甲酸酯類農(nóng)藥殘留,根據(jù)GB2763-2014《食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)食品中農(nóng)藥最大殘留限量》判定。結(jié)果共檢測(cè)樣品351份,超標(biāo)率為9.69%。其中甲胺磷超標(biāo)率最高為3.70%,克百威超標(biāo)率為2.56%(χ2=26.642,P=0.001)。蔬菜中甲胺磷超標(biāo)率最高(3.86%),其次為克百威(2.32%),各類蔬菜中莖類農(nóng)藥超標(biāo)率最高,其中芹菜中檢出超標(biāo)農(nóng)藥種類最多;塊莖類農(nóng)藥超標(biāo)率最低;水果中甲胺磷、克百威超標(biāo)最高,均為6.98%,各類水果中柑橘中農(nóng)藥超標(biāo)率最高為42.86%,超標(biāo)農(nóng)藥為克百威、甲胺磷、甲基對(duì)硫磷、溴氰菊酯;蘋果中農(nóng)藥超標(biāo)率為6.25%。袋泡茶中乙酰甲胺磷超標(biāo)(8.16%),同時(shí)檢出三氯殺螨醇(28.57%)。結(jié)論 2013年監(jiān)測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)的主要問題為檢出國家明令禁止使用的高毒農(nóng)藥,多種高毒農(nóng)藥的聯(lián)合使用,超范圍使用農(nóng)藥問題等,檢測(cè)的四大類農(nóng)藥以有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留超標(biāo)情況最為嚴(yán)重,芹菜和柑橘超標(biāo)情況最嚴(yán)重,相關(guān)部門應(yīng)采取切實(shí)有效的措施進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pesticide residues in vegetables, fruits and tea bags in Tianjin, and to provide scientific basis for supervision. Methods samples were randomly purchased from all kinds of supermarkets and farmers' markets in Tianjin. Organophosphorus, organochlorine, pyrethroid and carbamate pesticide residues were determined by gas chromatography. According to GB2763-2014, the maximum residue limit of pesticides in food safety national standard was determined. Results A total of 351 samples were detected, and the rate of exceeding the standard was 9.69%.
