新型比色法快速測定天然礦泉水中的痕量汞離子

【摘要】:目的運用濁點萃取與納米金探針聯(lián)用技術(shù),建立快速可視化檢測天然礦泉水中汞離子的方法。方法合成可與汞離子特異性結(jié)合的小粒徑納米金探針,在pH 7.5條件下,于10 mL樣品中加入200μL納米金探針溶液和400μL 5%的Triton X-114進行濁點萃取,樣品中的汞離子可進入Triton X-114相生色,通過觀察Triton X-114相顏色的變化以及分光光度計檢測,實現(xiàn)天然礦泉水中痕量汞離子的定性與定量檢測。結(jié)果本方法肉眼可識別的汞離子濃度最低為5μg/L,分光光度法的檢出限為1.8μg/L,線性范圍為0~50μg/L,相關(guān)系數(shù)0.9945,分光光度法濃度測定結(jié)果與電感耦合等離子質(zhì)譜法測定結(jié)果一致。結(jié)論該方法靈敏度高,檢測時間短,操作簡便,可用于天然礦泉水中汞離子的快速定性以及定量檢測。
