【摘要】：目的調查2015年襄陽市區(qū)兒童麻疹抗體水平,為控制和消除麻疹提供指導。方法選取2015年4-11月市疾病預防控制中心對市區(qū)10家免疫接種門診2655名2-6歲兒童進行監(jiān)測。結果麻疹抗體陽性者2548名,陽性率為95.97%;不同性別兒童麻疹抗體陽性率比較無明顯差異(P0.05);2-3歲兒童麻疹抗體水平陽性率明顯高于4-6歲兒童(P0.05);本地兒童麻疹抗體水平陽性率明顯高于外地兒童(P0.05)。結論 2015年襄陽市區(qū)兒童麻疹抗體陽性率為95.97%,提示市區(qū)兒童麻疹抗體水平較高,不易發(fā)生局部麻疹流行。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the measles antibody level of children in Xiangyang city in 2015, and to provide guidance for measles control and elimination. Methods from April to November 2015, 2655 children aged 2 years and 6 years old were monitored by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 10 immunization clinics in urban areas. Results the positive rate of measles antibody was 95.97% (2548), but there was no significant difference in the positive rate of measles antibody among children of different genders (P 0.05). 2 the positive rate of measles antibody level in children aged 3 years old was significantly higher than that in children aged 4 years or 6 years old (P 0.05), and the positive rate of measles antibody level in local children was significantly higher than that in children in foreign countries (P 0.05). Conclusion the positive rate of measles antibody in children in Xiangyang city in 2015 is 95.97%, which indicates that the level of measles antibody in urban children is high and it is not easy to have local measles epidemic.
