湘潭、錫礦山地區(qū)居民發(fā)銻含量暴露水平分析

【摘要】:目的掌握湘潭、錫礦山地區(qū)居民人發(fā)銻含量暴露水平,為銻暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法選擇湘潭、錫礦山地區(qū)居民作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,收集人發(fā)104份,以原子熒光光譜法測(cè)定發(fā)銻含量并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果在73份湘潭地區(qū)居民人發(fā)中,總銻檢出率為84.9%;測(cè)定值范圍為ND~0.94μg/g。平均值為0.24μg/g,中位值為0.21μg/g。其性別、年齡差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。在31份錫礦山街道居民人發(fā)中,均檢出銻,其檢測(cè)值范圍為1.65~70.00μg/g。平均值為20.80μg/g。中位值為13.00μg/g。結(jié)論湘潭地區(qū)居民銻含量主要分布范圍為ND~0.30μg/g,處于較低水平,銻的環(huán)境暴露水平較低,生態(tài)環(huán)境未受到污染。錫礦山街道居民發(fā)銻含量主要分布在3.18~63.00μg/g區(qū)間,處于較高水平,銻的環(huán)境暴露風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to master the exposure level of antimony in hair of residents in Xiangtan and Ximine areas, and to provide basic data for risk assessment of antimony exposure. Methods 104 human hair samples were collected and the content of antimony in hair was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the results were analyzed. Results among 73 residents in Xiangtan area, the detection rate of total antimony was 84.9%, and the range of determination was ND~ 0.94 渭 g / g. The average value is 0.24 渭 g / g and the median value is 0.21 渭 g / g. There was no significant difference in sex and age (P 0.05). Antimony was detected in 31 street residents of tin mine, and the detection values ranged from 1.65 渭 g / g to 70.00 渭 g / g. The average value is 20.80 渭 g / g. The median value is 13.00 渭 g / g. Conclusion the main distribution range of antimony content in Xiangtan area is ND~ 0.30 渭 g / g, which is at a low level, the environmental exposure level of antimony is low, and the ecological environment is not polluted. The content of antimony in hair of Ximine street residents is mainly distributed in the range of 3.18 ~ 63.00 渭 g / g, which is at a high level, and the environmental exposure risk of antimony is higher.
