【摘要】：目的分析2016年河南省生禽肉中科瓦利斯沙門菌耐藥情況與脈沖場凝膠電泳(PFGE)分子分型結(jié)果。方法沙門菌分離、血清分型、藥物敏感試驗及PFGE分子分型分析分別參照國家食品污染物和有害因素及食源性疾病監(jiān)測工作手冊。結(jié)果 19株科瓦利斯沙門菌均至少耐受2種抗生素,16株為多重耐藥菌株,其中8株耐4類抗生素,耐藥譜為CIP+NAL+TET+ERY。19株科瓦利斯沙門菌經(jīng)XbaⅠ酶切電泳后獲得9種帶型,每種帶型包括1~5株菌,最低相似度為61.9%。來源于周口和洛陽地區(qū)菌株的帶型最低相似度分別為94.1%和93.3%。結(jié)論首次發(fā)現(xiàn)河南省市售生禽肉中少見血清型科瓦利斯沙門菌成為新的優(yōu)勢菌型,并出現(xiàn)地區(qū)聚集性,提示存在共同來源或者交叉污染。相關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)監(jiān)測,對其來源、致病性等方面進(jìn)行深入研究,為制定預(yù)防控制措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the drug resistance of Salmonella covalis in raw poultry meat in Henan Province in 2016 and the results of (PFGE) typing by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Methods Salmonella spp. Isolation, serum typing, drug sensitivity test and PFGE molecular typing analysis were carried out according to the national manual on surveillance of food contaminants and harmful factors and food-borne diseases, respectively. Results all 19 strains of Salmonella covalis were resistant to at least 2 kinds of antibiotics, and 16 strains were multi-resistant strains.
