【摘要】：正巴豆醛即2-丁烯醛,廣泛分布于自然環(huán)境中,某些有機(jī)物燃燒可產(chǎn)生大量巴豆醛,其也可在體內(nèi)經(jīng)脂質(zhì)代謝合成~([1-2])。巴豆醛是一種重要的有機(jī)合成中間體,廣泛用于合成各類生產(chǎn)、生活用品如食品防腐劑(如山梨酸)、選礦用發(fā)泡劑和橡膠抗氧化劑等。巴豆醛為無(wú)色或略帶黃色的液體,露置于空氣中或遇光時(shí)
[Abstract]:N-crotonaldehyde, or 2-butenal, is widely distributed in natural environment. Some organic compounds can be burned to produce a large amount of crotonaldehyde, and it can also be metabolized into ~ ([1] 2) by lipid metabolism in vivo. Crotonaldehyde is an important intermediate in organic synthesis. It is widely used in the synthesis of various production products, such as food preservatives (such as sorbic acid), mineral processing blowing agents and rubber antioxidants and so on. A colorless or yellowish liquid, exposed to air or exposed to light.
