【摘要】：目的分析2010-2015年西安市老年人傷害死亡狀況,為制定老年人傷害的防控措施和干預(yù)方法提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用死亡率、年度變化百分比等對(duì)2010-2015年西安市60歲以上老年人死亡登記資料進(jìn)行描述性分析。結(jié)果 2010-2015年西安市≥60歲居民傷害平均死亡率為121.44/10萬(wàn),男性死亡率顯著高于女性(χ~2=65.89,P0.01)。老年人傷害死亡率隨著年齡的增長(zhǎng)而不斷上升。前5位死因分別為交通事故、意外跌落、自殺、其他意外事故和意外中毒,占該人群全部傷害死亡人數(shù)的92.52%。交通事故死亡率達(dá)52.08/10萬(wàn),列為老年人傷害死亡的第一位,占老年人傷害總死亡人數(shù)的42.89%。意外跌落死亡率逐年上升(APC=14.73%,t=8.09,P0.01)。男、女前5位傷害死亡原因和順位完全一致。結(jié)論傷害已嚴(yán)重危害老年人的健康和生命安全,應(yīng)積極開(kāi)展老年人傷害預(yù)防控制工作,以保障老年人生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the injury and death status of the elderly in Xi'an from 2010 to 2015, and to provide scientific basis for formulating the prevention and control measures and intervention methods for the injury of the elderly. Methods Mortality rate, annual change percentage and so on were used to analyze the data of death registration of people over 60 years old in Xi'an city from 2010 to 2015. Results from 2010 to 2015, the average injury mortality rate was 121.44 / 100000, which was significantly higher in males than in females (蠂 ~ 2 / 65.89, P0.01). Injury mortality in the elderly continues to rise with age. The top 5 causes of death were traffic accidents, accidental falls, suicides, other accidents and accidental poisoning, accounting for 92.52% of all injury deaths in this group. Traffic accident mortality rate reached 52.08 per 100000, ranking first among the elderly injury deaths, accounting for 42.89 percent of the elderly injury death toll. Accidental fall mortality increased year by year (APC=14.73%,t=8.09,P0.01). The cause of death of the top 5 injuries in men and women was exactly the same as that in order. Conclusion injury has seriously jeopardized the health and life safety of the elderly. The prevention and control of injury in the elderly should be actively carried out in order to ensure the quality of life of the elderly.
