【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)31例孕產(chǎn)婦死亡原因的分析,提出孕產(chǎn)婦死亡的可行性干預(yù)措施。方法將定西市安定區(qū)2000年至2015年31例死亡孕產(chǎn)婦的資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 2000年至2015年平均孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率為49.06/10萬(wàn),孕產(chǎn)婦死亡原因順位:產(chǎn)科出血、羊水栓塞、妊娠高血壓綜合征。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)孕產(chǎn)婦系統(tǒng)保健管理,提高其個(gè)人和家庭的保健意識(shí);加強(qiáng)孕產(chǎn)婦高危篩查管理,建立妊娠風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警評(píng)估機(jī)制;加強(qiáng)各級(jí)醫(yī)療保健人員業(yè)務(wù)技能尤其是產(chǎn)科急救技能,提高產(chǎn)科服務(wù)質(zhì)量;加強(qiáng)院內(nèi)管理,建立多科合作制度,充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)科急救中心的急救職能,暢通急救綠色通道,以期有效降低孕產(chǎn)婦死亡率。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the causes of maternal death in 31 cases, and put forward the feasible intervention measures for maternal death. Methods The data of 31 deaths and pregnant women from 2000 to 2015 in Dingxi City were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average maternal mortality rate between 2000 and 2015 was 49.06/ 100,000, and the cause of maternal death was the following: obstetric hemorrhage, amniotic fluid embolism, and pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Conclusion Strengthen the health management of the maternal system, improve the health consciousness of the individual and the family, strengthen the high-risk screening and management of the pregnant women, establish the early warning and evaluation mechanism of the pregnancy risk, strengthen the business skills of the health care personnel at all levels, especially the emergency obstetric first aid skills, and improve the service quality of the obstetric care; Strengthen the hospital management, establish a multi-family cooperation system, give full play to the first-aid function of the emergency center of the obstetric first-aid, clear the first-aid green channel, with a view to effectively reducing the maternal mortality rate.
