【摘要】：目的了解奉賢區(qū)青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為現(xiàn)狀,為相關(guān)部門(mén)開(kāi)展健康教育及行為干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層整群抽樣法隨機(jī)抽取3所初中、3所高中、1所中專(zhuān)和2所大學(xué)共計(jì)2 206名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果過(guò)去7天學(xué)生不吃早餐報(bào)告率4.13%,不是每天吃新鮮蔬菜和水果的報(bào)告率分別為64.91%和40.62%,經(jīng)常吃甜點(diǎn)和西式快餐報(bào)告率為6.07%和1.95%;傷害危險(xiǎn)行為報(bào)告率最高的前三位分別為"在樓梯上追逐打鬧,互相推揉(22.60%)"、"玩溜冰、滑板車(chē)等不戴防護(hù)裝備(13.81%)"、"翻越欄桿、墻頭、校門(mén)等障礙物(10.34%)",中專(zhuān)生傷害危險(xiǎn)行為報(bào)告率高均于其他學(xué)校;過(guò)去30天里學(xué)生吸煙和飲酒行為報(bào)告率分別為8.75%和28.60%,學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為報(bào)告率4.58%;學(xué)生性行為報(bào)告率8.59%,大學(xué)生性行為報(bào)告率(16.07%)高于中專(zhuān)生(7.49%)和高中生(1.31%),男生傷害相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)行為、物質(zhì)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮行為、性行為報(bào)告率均高于女生(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論奉賢區(qū)青少年健康危險(xiǎn)行為現(xiàn)狀不容忽視,相關(guān)部門(mén)應(yīng)根據(jù)不同青少年對(duì)象危險(xiǎn)行為的發(fā)生特點(diǎn)制定健康干預(yù)措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health risk behavior of adolescents in Fengxian district, and to provide evidence for health education and behavior intervention. Methods A total of 2 206 students from 3 junior middle schools, 3 senior middle schools, 1 technical secondary school and 2 universities were randomly selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results in the past 7 days, 4.13% of students did not eat breakfast report, 64.91% of students did not eat fresh vegetables and 40.62% of fruits, 6.07% of them often ate dessert and 1.95% of western fast food. The top three with the highest reporting rate of injury risk behavior were "chasing and beating on stairs, pushing and rubbing each other (22.60%)", "playing ice skating, skateboarding, and so on without protective equipment (13.81%)", "climbing over railings, walls, etc." School gates and other obstacles (10.34%) ", secondary school students injury risk behavior reporting rate is high in other schools; In the past 30 days, the reporting rates of smoking and drinking behavior of students were 8.75% and 28.60% respectively, and the reporting rate of Internet addiction behavior of students was 4.58%. The reporting rate of students' sexual behavior was 8.59%, and that of college students (16.07%) was higher than that of secondary school students (7.49%) and high school students (1.31%). The reported rate of sexual behavior was higher than that of girls (P 0.05). Conclusion the present situation of adolescent health risk behavior in Fengxian district should not be ignored, and the relevant departments should formulate health intervention measures according to the occurrence characteristics of different adolescent risk behaviors.
