【摘要】：目的觀察并探討米非司酮與米索前列醇合用早期藥物流產(chǎn)中的臨床療效。方法選擇自2013年8月至2014年12月在三門縣中醫(yī)院進(jìn)行早期(8~12周)藥物流產(chǎn)的患者96例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法將96例患者分為兩組,每組各48例,對(duì)照組單純口服米非司酮治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合米索前列醇口服治療。統(tǒng)計(jì)兩組流產(chǎn)成功率和不良反應(yīng)情況,并記錄兩組胚囊排出時(shí)間、清宮2h出血量和陰道流血時(shí)間。結(jié)果觀察組流產(chǎn)成功率為91.7%,對(duì)照組流產(chǎn)成功率為75.0%,兩組相比,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組胚囊排出時(shí)間、清宮2 h出血量和陰道流血時(shí)間分別為(265.5±104.4)min、(32.4±9.2)ml和(8.2±0.8)d,對(duì)照組為(259.7±112.7)min、(38.7±12.4)ml和(13.5±1.4)d,兩組比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組不良反應(yīng)率為8.3%(4/48),對(duì)照組為6.3%(3/48),兩組相比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論米非司酮與米索前列醇聯(lián)合使用在早期藥物流產(chǎn)中,流產(chǎn)成功率高,清宮后出血量和流血時(shí)間更短,且不明顯增加不良反應(yīng),是安全有效的早期藥流方案。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on early abortion. Methods Ninety-six patients with early (812 weeks) drug abortion were selected from August 2013 to December 2014 in Sanmen County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone only. Observation group on the basis of the control group combined with misoprostol oral treatment. The success rate and adverse reaction of abortion in the two groups were counted, and the time of embryo sac excretion, 2 hours of uterine bleeding and vaginal bleeding were recorded. Results the success rate of abortion was 91.7 in the observation group and 75.0 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05). The efflux time of embryo sac, 2 h blood loss and vaginal bleeding time were (265.5 鹵104.4) min, (32.4 鹵9.2) ml and (8.2 鹵0.8) d in the observation group and (259.7 鹵112.7) min, in the control group, respectively. (38.7 鹵12.4) ml and (13.5 鹵1.4) d, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 8.3% (4 / 48) in the observation group and 6.3% (3 / 48) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol is a safe and effective regimen for early drug abortion.
