【摘要】：目的評估北京市豐臺區(qū)醫(yī)務(wù)人員(HCWs)對麻疹知識的掌握情況、對麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度及麻疹疫苗接種率。方法 2016年4—6月,在北京市豐臺區(qū)采取分層隨機(jī)抽樣法選擇19家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu),自行設(shè)計(jì)麻疹知信行問卷,調(diào)查HCWs對麻疹知識掌握情況、對麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度和實(shí)際接種情況。結(jié)果共發(fā)放問卷711份,回收有效問卷681份,有效回收率為95.78%。681例HCWs中,麻疹知識掌握好者249例(36.56%)、一般者286例(42.00%),差者146例(21.44%)。不同性別、年齡、戶籍、工作年限、受教育程度、醫(yī)院級別、崗位類型、是否接種麻疹疫苗者麻疹相關(guān)知識水平比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對麻疹疫苗接種態(tài)度消極者77例(11.31%)、一般者369例(54.18%)、積極者235例(34.51%)。不同性別、戶籍、受教育程度、醫(yī)院級別、崗位類型、是否接種麻疹疫苗者對麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。430例(63.14%)HCWs接種過麻疹疫苗,251例(36.86%)未接種過麻疹疫苗。不同受教育程度、醫(yī)院級別、崗位類型、麻疹相關(guān)知識水平、對麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度者麻疹疫苗接種率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,受教育程度、醫(yī)院級別、對麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度是影響HCWs接種麻疹疫苗的因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論 HCWs對麻疹知識掌握不足,麻疹疫苗接種的態(tài)度消極,總體接種率低,需有針對性地強(qiáng)化對HCWs的知識宣教,建立并完善醫(yī)院內(nèi)HCWs麻疹疫苗接種制度,保護(hù)該群體及醫(yī)院內(nèi)患者的健康,控制醫(yī)院內(nèi)麻疹疫情的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the knowledge of measles, attitude towards measles vaccination and measles vaccination rate among medical staff in Fengtai District, Beijing. Methods from April to June, 2016, 19 medical institutions were selected by stratified random sampling in Fengtai District of Beijing. The questionnaire was designed to investigate HCWs's knowledge of measles, attitude to measles vaccination and actual vaccination. Results 711 questionnaires were sent out and 681 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective recovery rate was 95.78.681 cases of HCWs. 249 cases (36.56%) had good knowledge of measles, 286 cases (42.00%) had general measles knowledge, and 146 cases (21.44%) had poor measles knowledge. Different sex age household registration working years education level hospital level post type measles vaccination whether the knowledge level was statistically significant (P0.05). 77 cases (11.31%) had negative attitude towards measles vaccination, 369 cases (54.18%) were general, 235 cases (34.51%) were active. Gender, household registration, level of education, hospital level, post type, attitude towards measles vaccination among people who were vaccinated against measles, The differences were statistically significant (P0.05). 430 cases (63.14%) were vaccinated with HCWs and 251 cases (36.86%) were not vaccinated against measles. There were significant differences in measles vaccination rate among different education levels, hospital level, post type, measles related knowledge level and attitude to measles vaccination (P0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that education level hospital level and attitude to measles vaccination were the factors influencing measles vaccination of HCWs (P0.05). Conclusion HCWs has insufficient knowledge of measles, negative attitude towards measles vaccination and low overall coverage rate. It is necessary to strengthen the knowledge education on HCWs and establish and perfect the measles vaccination system in hospitals. To protect the health of the group and hospital patients, to control the outbreak of measles in the hospital.
