【摘要】：目的了解廣州市城區(qū)常住居民和娛樂場(chǎng)所消費(fèi)人群碳酸攝入情況,為進(jìn)一步開展?fàn)I養(yǎng)膳食的健康教育工作提供基線數(shù)據(jù)和依據(jù)。方法利用二階段隨機(jī)抽樣和方便抽樣相結(jié)合的方法,在越秀區(qū)隨機(jī)抽取3個(gè)街道,共調(diào)查常住居民786人,娛樂場(chǎng)所消費(fèi)人群199人,由經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的工作人員進(jìn)行面對(duì)面詢問調(diào)查,記錄3歲以上調(diào)查對(duì)象過去一個(gè)月飲料的攝入情況。結(jié)果碳酸飲料類總的飲用率41.8%,不同人群飲用率中男性、15~29歲人群、在校學(xué)生、娛樂場(chǎng)所消費(fèi)人群飲用率較高。多因素logistic回歸分析性別為男性、年齡為15~29歲、人均年收入大于40 000元、職業(yè)為在校學(xué)生攝入碳酸飲料類可能性大。碳酸飲料飲用頻率每周次數(shù)主要是1~小于3次,占39.8%。日均飲用量較大的年齡組為15~29歲組,中位數(shù)為71.4ml。結(jié)論碳酸飲料飲用率、飲用頻率、飲用的量均較高,特別是青少年或在校學(xué)生飲用較多。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)含糖飲料攝入的健康教育,從而改善人們飲食習(xí)慣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the carbonated intake of residents in urban areas and consumers in recreational places in Guangzhou, and to provide baseline data and basis for further health education on nutritional diet. Methods by combining two-stage random sampling with convenient sampling, three streets were randomly selected in Yuexiu District. A total of 786 permanent residents and 199 entertainment consuming people were investigated, and the trained staff were interviewed face to face. Drink intake of subjects over 3 years of age in the past month was recorded. Results the total drinking rate of carbonated drinks was 41.8%. The drinking rate of male, 150-29 years old group, school students and entertainment group was higher. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the male was male, the age was 15 ~ 29 years old, the per capita annual income was more than 40, 000 yuan, and the occupation was that the students in school were likely to ingest carbonated drinks. The frequency of carbonated drinks was mainly 1 ~ 3 times per week, accounting for 39.8%. The age group with a higher daily intake was 1529 years old, with a median of 71.4 ml. Conclusion the drinking rate, frequency and quantity of carbonated drinks were higher, especially among teenagers and students. Health education for sugary drinks should be strengthened to improve people's eating habits.
