【摘要】：目的了解山東省壽光市蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員主要健康問(wèn)題及其影響因素,為采取相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用多階段整群抽樣方法對(duì)在山東省壽光市孫集街道、文家街道、古城街道和紀(jì)臺(tái)鎮(zhèn)4個(gè)街道/鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)抽取的1 279名蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員進(jìn)行入戶(hù)面訪問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果山東省壽光市調(diào)查的1 279名蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)疼痛和過(guò)敏性癥狀發(fā)生率分別為77.1%和27.1%;肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)疼痛中,腰背痛、膝關(guān)節(jié)痛和頸部痛的發(fā)生率分別為70.8%、44.2%、27.0%;過(guò)敏性癥狀中,皮膚瘙癢、咳嗽、呼吸困難的發(fā)生率分別為16.3%、11.4%、7.9%;多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,女性、年齡≥30歲、飲酒和每年從事大棚種植時(shí)間為9~10個(gè)月是山東省壽光市蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)疼痛發(fā)生的危險(xiǎn)因素;山東省壽光市蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員過(guò)敏性癥狀發(fā)生的與性別和每天從事大棚作業(yè)的時(shí)間有關(guān)。結(jié)論肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)疼痛和過(guò)敏性癥狀是山東省壽光市蔬菜大棚從業(yè)人員面臨的主要健康問(wèn)題,性別、年齡、飲酒和每年工作的時(shí)間是肌肉骨骼系統(tǒng)疼痛的影響因素,性別和每天從事大棚作業(yè)的時(shí)間是過(guò)敏性癥狀的影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the main health problems and influencing factors of vegetable shed workers in Shouguang City, Shandong Province. Methods A multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1,279 vegetable shed practitioners in Shouguang City, Shandong Province, including Sunji Street, Wenjia Street, Gucheng Street and Jitai Town. Results the incidence of musculoskeletal system pain and anaphylaxis in 1 279 vegetable shed workers surveyed in Shouguang City of Shandong Province were 77.1% and 27.1% respectively. In musculoskeletal system pain, the incidence of low back pain, knee pain and neck pain were 70.8% and 44.2% respectively. In allergic symptoms, the incidence of pruritus, cough and dyspnea were 16.3and 11.4%, respectively. Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of musculoskeletal system pain in vegetable shed workers in Shouguang City of Shandong Province were female, age 鈮，
