【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析海南省藻類制品中42種元素的含量。方法定點采集了海南省常見食用藻類制品,按GB5009.268-2016《食品安全國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)食品中多元素的測定》電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法分析測定。結(jié)果 4類76份干燥藻類制品中(有害元素均需列出)鉛、鎘、鋁和鉻含量檢出范圍分別為未檢出-8.17mg/kg,0.0259-4.89mg/kg,37.8-914mg/kg,未檢出-1.49mg/kg(列出范圍值)均值分別為0.941mg/kg、1.03mg/kg、368mg/kg、0.389mg/kg,超標(biāo)率分別為31.6%、30.9%、84.2%和34.2%。結(jié)論海南省市售的藻類制品中鉛、鎘、鋁、鉻超標(biāo)率較高,有關(guān)部門應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對藻類制品的生產(chǎn)銷售全過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督監(jiān)測,以保證食品安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the contents of 42 elements in algae products in Hainan Province. Methods the common edible algae products in Hainan Province were collected and analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) according to GB5009.268-2016 food safety national standard for the determination of multi-elements in food. Results the detection range of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in 76 dried algae products (all harmful elements should be listed) was -8.17 mg / kg 0.0259-4.89 mg / kg ~ 37.8-914 mg / kg, respectively. The average value of undetectable-1.49mg/kg was 0.941 mg / kg ~ 1.03mg / kg ~ (-1) mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1) ~ 0.389 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1), respectively, and the surpassing rate was 31.66% and 30.9%, 84.2% and 34.2%, respectively. Conclusion the percentage of lead, cadmium, aluminum and chromium in algae products on sale in Hainan Province is high. The relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and monitoring of the whole process of production and sale of algae products in order to ensure food safety.
