【摘要】：目的了解勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)工人的職業(yè)應(yīng)激狀況,并分析其影響因素。方法采用整群抽樣方法,以《職業(yè)緊張量表》(OSI-R)對(duì)6家勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)共2 894名工人的職業(yè)應(yīng)激現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與評(píng)估,分析其職業(yè)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的影響因素。結(jié)果 2 894名工人中,職業(yè)應(yīng)激、應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、應(yīng)對(duì)資源缺乏處于適度水平的工人分別占76.1%、72.6%和57.8%,處于中、高度水平的工人分別占17.0%、22.4%和20.8%。多元線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,職業(yè)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)的主要影響因素為任務(wù)過(guò)重、任務(wù)模糊、任務(wù)沖突、責(zé)任感、工作環(huán)境、休閑娛樂(lè)、理性處事、日工作時(shí)間、周工作時(shí)間和職業(yè)病危害因素接觸(P0.05)。結(jié)論勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)工人多處于適度的職業(yè)應(yīng)激水平,但仍有部分工人處于較高的職業(yè)應(yīng)激水平;職業(yè)應(yīng)激水平、應(yīng)對(duì)資源、工作時(shí)間和接觸職業(yè)病危害因素均可影響該人群的職業(yè)應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the occupational stress status of workers in labor-intensive enterprises and analyze its influencing factors. Methods the occupational stress status of 2 894 workers in 6 labor-intensive enterprises was investigated and evaluated by cluster sampling method with Occupational stress scale (OSI-R), and the influencing factors of occupational stress reaction were analyzed. Results among the 2 894 workers, 77.6% and 57.8% of the workers were in the moderate level of occupational stress, stress and coping resources, and 17.0% of the workers were in the middle and the high level, respectively. 22.4% and 20.8%. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of occupational stress reaction were task overweight, task ambiguity, task conflict, responsibility, work environment, leisure and entertainment, rational handling of work, daily working hours, Weekly working hours and exposure to occupational disease hazards (P0.05). Conclusion most workers in labor-intensive enterprises are in moderate level of occupational stress, but some workers are still in high level of occupational stress. The level of occupational stress, coping resources, working hours and exposure to occupational disease hazards can affect the occupational stress response of the population.
