【摘要】：目的:分析重慶市大足區(qū)塵肺病例分布情況,為大足區(qū)制定塵肺病防治規(guī)劃、減少或消除新塵肺病例提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用回顧性現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查方法,收集大足區(qū)2012-2014年塵肺病例資料,用描述性流行病學(xué)方法描述分布特征。結(jié)果:294例塵肺由煤工塵肺和矽肺組成,其中煤工塵肺258例,占?jí)m肺總數(shù)的87.8%。分布于多種行業(yè),以煤相關(guān)行業(yè)最高,共277例,占94.2%;工種呈多樣化,以采煤最高,共190例,占64.6%。塵肺診斷平均年齡53.8歲,平均接塵時(shí)間22.9年;塵肺的發(fā)展進(jìn)度與總接塵時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論:大足區(qū)塵肺以煤工塵肺為主,分布于多行業(yè)、多工種,是嚴(yán)重危害勞動(dòng)者健康的職業(yè)病,其發(fā)病與多種因素有關(guān),相關(guān)部門應(yīng)高度重視相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的貫徹落實(shí),綜合應(yīng)用防塵八字方針,督促企業(yè)采取有效的防塵措施,減少或消除新發(fā)病例。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the distribution of pneumoconiosis cases in Dazu district of Chongqing and to provide scientific basis for making prevention plan and reducing or eliminating new cases of pneumoconiosis in Dazu district. Methods: the data of pneumoconiosis cases from 2012 to 2014 in Dazu district were collected by retrospective field investigation and the distribution characteristics were described by descriptive epidemiological method. Results: 294 cases of pneumoconiosis were composed of coal worker pneumoconiosis and silicosis, including 258 cases of coal worker pneumoconiosis, accounting for 87.8% of the total pneumoconiosis. It is distributed in many kinds of industries, the coal related industry is the highest, 277 cases (94.2%), and the type of work is diversified, 190 cases (64.6%) are the highest in coal mining. The average age of pneumoconiosis diagnosis was 53.8 years, and the average time of dust exposure was 22.9 years, and the development of pneumoconiosis was positively correlated with the total dust exposure time. Conclusion: the pneumoconiosis in Dazu area is dominated by coal workers' pneumoconiosis, which distributes in many trades and types of work. It is an occupational disease that seriously endangers the health of workers. The incidence of pneumoconiosis is related to many factors, and the relevant departments should attach great importance to the relevant laws. The implementation of laws and standards, comprehensive application of dust-prevention policy, urge enterprises to take effective measures to prevent dust, reduce or eliminate new cases.
