【摘要】：正野芝麻(Lamium barbatum Sieb.)為唇形科多年生草本植物,具輪傘花序,花白色,主要分布于我國(guó)東北、華北、華東各省區(qū)[1],含鞣質(zhì)、揮發(fā)油、抗壞血酸、胡蘿卜素、皂甙等生物活性成分,具有涼血止血、活血止痛、利濕消腫等生理功效[2]。目前對(duì)野芝麻研究主要集中在藥用化學(xué)成分[3]、功效分析、生藥鑒定[4]等方面,對(duì)其營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值的分析與評(píng)價(jià)未見(jiàn)報(bào)道。本研究分析野芝麻全株?duì)I養(yǎng)成分,為綜合開(kāi)發(fā)利用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Ortho sesame (Lamium barbatum Sieb.) It is a perennial herb of the family Labiatae, with whorl inflorescence and white flowers, mainly distributed in Northeast China and the provinces of eastern China [1], containing tannins, volatile oil, ascorbic acid, carotene, saponin and other bioactive components. With cooling blood to stop bleeding, blood circulation, pain, dampness and swelling and other physiological effects [2]. At present, the studies on Sesame were mainly focused on the medicinal chemical components [3], efficacy analysis and pharmacological identification [4], but there was no report on the analysis and evaluation of its nutritional value. In order to provide scientific basis for comprehensive development and utilization, the whole plant nutrition components of Sesame were analyzed in this study.
