靜態(tài)單手拉車作業(yè)最大耐受時間建模

【摘要】:為分析單手拉車作業(yè)肌肉疲勞情況,設(shè)計并完成模擬靜態(tài)手拉叉車試驗:通過測量拉車前后單臂拉力的變化及最大耐受時間(MET),記錄基于Borg CR-10主觀疲勞評分表(RPE)的身體疲勞度,探討負荷和身體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)對MET、剩余拉力、力量衰減程度和RPE的影響;并基于試驗數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建單手拉車作業(yè)肌肉疲勞MET預(yù)測方程。試驗結(jié)果表明,僅負荷顯著影響MET;所構(gòu)建的以指數(shù)函數(shù)和冪函數(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的MET方程與現(xiàn)有方程具有一致性;用所建方程得到的預(yù)測值與實測值偏差優(yōu)于用現(xiàn)有MET方程得到的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the muscle fatigue of single hand pulling vehicle, the experiment of simulating static hand pull forklift was designed and completed. The change of single arm tension and the maximum endurance time (MET),) were measured before and after pulling the car. Body fatigue was recorded based on Borg CR-10 subjective fatigue scale (RPE), and the influence of (BMI) on MET, residual tension, strength attenuation and RPE was investigated. Based on the experimental data, the MET prediction equation of muscle fatigue in single hand pulley was constructed. The experimental results show that the MET equation based on exponential function and power function constructed by MET; is consistent with the existing equation. The deviation between the predicted value and the measured value obtained from the established equation is better than that obtained from the existing MET equation.
