【摘要】：目的了解2012—2014年湖南省農(nóng)村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生狀況及其動(dòng)態(tài)變化,為農(nóng)村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生治理提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用統(tǒng)一的調(diào)查表,對(duì)30個(gè)縣、600個(gè)行政村、3 000戶家庭通過訪談、現(xiàn)場調(diào)查收集有關(guān)改水改廁、垃圾和污水處理、病媒生物的相關(guān)資料。結(jié)果湖南農(nóng)村集中式供水覆蓋人口由2012年的34.76%增加到2014年的61.58%;衛(wèi)生廁所普及率約56%;農(nóng)村生活垃圾的堆放從以隨意堆放為主(34.33%)轉(zhuǎn)為以定點(diǎn)堆放為主(56.33%),以焚燒為主要處理方式;農(nóng)村生活污水排放方式仍以隨意排放為主,排放地點(diǎn)以河流坑塘為主;2014年93.31%的農(nóng)戶房屋周圍都有病媒孳生地。結(jié)論湖南農(nóng)村整體的衛(wèi)生狀況不斷改善,以集中式供水和衛(wèi)生廁所為主,但垃圾、污水排放不規(guī)范,存在各種影響人群身體健康的危險(xiǎn)因素,需進(jìn)一步采取各種有效措施改善農(nóng)村環(huán)境衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the rural environmental health status and its dynamic changes in Hunan province from 2012 to 2014, and to provide scientific basis for rural environmental health management. Methods A unified questionnaire was used in 30 counties, 600 administrative villages and 3 000 families to collect the relevant data on changing water into toilets, garbage and sewage treatment, and vector organisms through interviews. Results the population covered by centralized water supply increased from 34.76% in 2012 to 61.58% in 2014. In the rural areas, the main way of disposal of domestic refuse is from random stowage (34.33%) to fixed-point stowage (56.33%), and incineration is the main disposal method. The main discharge mode of rural domestic sewage is free discharge, and the discharge place is mainly river pit. 93.31% of farmers' houses have vector breeding place around in 2014. Conclusion the overall sanitary condition of Hunan rural areas has been improved continuously, with centralized water supply and sanitary latrines as the main sources. However, the discharge of garbage and sewage is not standardized, and there are various risk factors affecting the health of the population. All kinds of effective measures should be taken to improve the present situation of environmental sanitation in rural areas.
