【摘要】：目的對(duì)2007-2015年中山市疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(Adverse Event Following Immunization,AEFI)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,評(píng)價(jià)AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況和預(yù)防接種的安全性。方法收集2007-2015年發(fā)生AEFI個(gè)案和疫苗接種數(shù)據(jù),采用描述性方法進(jìn)行流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2007-2015年中山市AEFI報(bào)告縣覆蓋率100%,發(fā)現(xiàn)個(gè)案48 h內(nèi)報(bào)告97.23%,48 h內(nèi)調(diào)查98.45%,調(diào)查后3 d內(nèi)報(bào)告100%,項(xiàng)目填寫完整率100%和分類率98.76%。AEFI發(fā)生率為26.83/10萬(wàn);男女性別比為1.54∶1;1歲占病例數(shù)40.02%;1歲各月齡均有病例發(fā)生。AEFI分類以一般反應(yīng)為主,占82.37%;臨床診斷以發(fā)熱/紅腫/硬結(jié)為主,占80.77%;94.17%的AEFI發(fā)生在接種后3 d內(nèi)。AEFI發(fā)生率高的前5種疫苗分別為7價(jià)肺炎疫苗、23價(jià)肺炎疫苗、DTa P-IPV/Hib聯(lián)合疫苗、DTa P-Hib聯(lián)合疫苗、百白破疫苗。結(jié)論 2007-2015年中山市AEFI監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好,監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量高,基本能夠反映出預(yù)防接種安全性的真實(shí)水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the monitoring data of suspected abnormal vaccination reaction (Adverse Event Following Immunization,AEFI) in Zhongshan City from 2007 to 2015, and to evaluate the operation of AEFI monitoring system and the safety of vaccination. Methods AEFI cases and vaccination data were collected from 2007 to 2015 and epidemiological analysis was carried out by descriptive method. Results from 2007 to 2015, the coverage rate of AEFI reporting county in Zhongshan City was 100. The report of the case within 48 hours and within 48 hours was 98.455.The report was reported within 3 days after investigation. The complete completion rate and the classification rate of 98.76%.AEFI were 100% and 26.83 / 100 thousand respectively. The sex ratio of male to female was 1.54: 1 (40.02%). There were cases in all months of age. The AEFI classification was based on general reaction (82.37%) and fever / redness / sclerosis (80.77%) in clinical diagnosis. 94.17% of AEFI occurred within 3 days after inoculation. The first five vaccines with high incidence of AEFI were 7 valent pneumonia vaccine, 23 valent pneumonia vaccine, DTa P-IPV/Hib combined vaccine, DTa P-Hib combined vaccine and DPT vaccine. Conclusion the AEFI monitoring system in Zhongshan City from 2007 to 2015 runs well and the quality of monitoring data is high, which can basically reflect the true level of vaccination safety.
