魚油對PM2.5所致心血管炎性和氧化損傷拮抗作用
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of deep-sea fish oil on inflammatory injury and oxidative stress injury in cardiovascular system induced by atmospheric fine particulate matter (PM2.5). Methods male SD rats were randomly divided into low, medium and high dose groups, fish oil control group, solvent control group (corn oil) and PM2.5 exposure group. The rats in the fish oil group were fed with deep-sea fish oil for 28 days and then injected with PM2.5 once every other day for 3 times. The rats in the PM2.5 group were fed with fish oil at the same time during PM2.5 exposure. The rats in the PM2.5 group were fed normally for 28 days and then PM2.5. Serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽), hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and malondialdehyde (MDA),) total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) were measured. Glutathione (GSH) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px). Results compared with solvent control group, the contents of IL-6,TNF- 偽 and hs-CRP,MDA in serum of rats exposed to PM2.5 were (24.94 鹵2.06), (821.45 鹵14.26) ng/m L, (3.10 鹵0.28) mg/L, respectively. The activity of GSH,GSH-Px,TSOD [(4.62 鹵0.37) 渭 mol/L, (289.28 鹵30.65), (239.26 鹵4.97) U / mL] was increased (P 0.05). Compared with PM2.5 exposure group, the contents of IL-6,TNF- 偽 and hs-CRP,MDA in serum of high dose group of fish oil were (16.67 鹵0.23), (73.01 鹵3.80) ng/m L, (1.36 鹵0.22) mg/L, respectively. The activity of GSH,GSH-Px,T-SOD [(24.05 鹵3.83) 渭 mol/L, (531.33 鹵40.39), (273.36 鹵3.92) U / mL] decreased, and the activity of GSH,GSH-Px,T-SOD increased. There was a dose-effect relationship (P0.05). Conclusion Deep-sea fish oil has obvious antagonistic effect on cardiovascular system inflammatory response and oxidative stress injury induced by atmospheric PM2.5.
