2006-2016年湖南省學(xué)校食物中毒事件監(jiān)測結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的了解湖南省2006-2016年學(xué)校食物事件的流行病學(xué)特點,為制定預(yù)防學(xué)校食物中毒的對策和措施提供依據(jù)。方法對突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件報告管理信息系統(tǒng)上報的湖南省2006-2016年學(xué)校食物中毒事件進行描述性分析。結(jié)果湖南省2006-2016年共報告學(xué)校食物中毒事件70起,累計報告病例2 722例,死亡1例。學(xué)校食物中毒事件多發(fā)生在5月和9月。農(nóng)村學(xué)校報告起數(shù)和中毒人數(shù)最多,分別占總數(shù)的51.4%和55.1%。致病因素以微生物污染為主,發(fā)生事件37起,中毒人數(shù)1 676人,分別占總數(shù)的52.9%和61.6%。結(jié)論 2006-2016年湖南省學(xué)校食物中毒事件報告逐年減少,微生物污染引起的食物中毒居多,應(yīng)把農(nóng)村中小學(xué)校作為防控重點。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of school food events in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016, and to provide evidence for the prevention of school food poisoning. Methods the incidence of school food poisoning in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016 was analyzed. Results A total of 70 school food poisoning incidents were reported in Hunan province from 2006 to 2016, with 2 722 reported cases and 1 death. School food poisoning mostly occurred in May and September. Rural schools reported the most initial and poisoning cases, accounting for 51.4% and 55.1% of the total, respectively. Microbial contamination was the main pathogenic factor. There were 37 incidents and 1,676 people were poisoned, accounting for 52.9% and 61.6% of the total respectively. Conclusion from 2006 to 2016, the number of food poisoning incidents in schools in Hunan Province decreased year by year, and the food poisoning caused by microbial pollution was more common. Therefore, primary and secondary schools in rural areas should be regarded as the key points of prevention and control.
