羊源性成分LAMP檢測方法的建立

【摘要】:根據(jù)羊cyt B基因設(shè)計3對特異性引物,運(yùn)用GenieⅡ等溫擴(kuò)增熒光檢測系統(tǒng),以LAMP熒光檢測方法為基礎(chǔ),建立了檢測羊源性成分的LAMP方法,并對該方法進(jìn)行了反應(yīng)體系和條件的優(yōu)化。試驗結(jié)果表明:該方法操作簡單、特異性好;靈敏度比普通PCR方法高100倍,比q PCR方法低10倍,達(dá)到5.928×10-3μg/μL;反應(yīng)時間短,最快10 min即可完成反應(yīng)。
