高效液相色譜法測定寶塔菜水蘇糖含量

【摘要】:建立HPLC法測定寶塔菜中的水蘇糖含量。采用島津2010AHT色譜儀,菲羅門NH2色譜柱(5.0mm×150mm,4.6μm);流動相乙腈-水(67:33);柱溫為30℃,流速為1.0ml/min。以水蘇糖進(jìn)樣量X為橫坐標(biāo),峰面積Y為縱坐標(biāo),求得回歸方程:Y=10381X+9888.8,水蘇糖在5.004μg至400.32μg范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(R2=0.9993),平均回收率為99.68%,RSD為0.42%。該方法結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確,可作為寶塔菜中水蘇糖含量的測定方法。
