基于信息擴(kuò)散理論的塵肺病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究

【摘要】:在進(jìn)行塵肺病職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估時(shí),由于相關(guān)信息獲得難度大、樣本數(shù)量少,傳統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計(jì)模型基本上無法滿足風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的需求;谛畔U(kuò)散原理,通過擴(kuò)散函數(shù)對(duì)不完備信息進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)臄U(kuò)充,建立起觀測樣本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)概率分布的映射關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了評(píng)估區(qū)域塵肺病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,并利用某省2009—2013年新發(fā)塵肺病病例數(shù)以及新增的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期塵肺病病例數(shù)作為塵肺病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析樣本,應(yīng)用構(gòu)建的塵肺病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析模型,對(duì)上述各類塵肺病的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,以為塵肺病預(yù)防和治理提供依據(jù)。
