毛細(xì)管離子色譜法測定地表水、飲用水中痕量生物胺的含量

【摘要】:本文以毛細(xì)管離子色譜為依托,選用高效陽離子交換分離柱IonPac CS19,以甲基磺酸淋洗液發(fā)生器在線產(chǎn)生甲基磺酸溶液,梯度淋洗,完成了地表水、自來水樣品中痕量腐胺、尸胺、組胺、亞精胺和精胺等5種常見生物胺的分離分析.方法重復(fù)性較好,準(zhǔn)確性較高.
[Abstract]:Based on capillary ion chromatography, a high efficiency cation exchange separation column (IonPac CS19,) was used to generate methanesulfonic acid solution on line by a methanesulfonic acid eluant generator, and gradient elution was performed to complete trace putrescine and cadaverine in surface water and tap water samples. Separation and analysis of five common biogenic amines: histamine, spermidine and spermine. The method was reproducible and accurate.
