【摘要】：目的分析評(píng)價(jià)我國(guó)婦幼保健資源分布情況及其公平性。方法主要利用集中指數(shù)、集中曲線和泰爾指數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)算。結(jié)果婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)、婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)床位數(shù)、婦幼保健機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員數(shù)的集中指數(shù)CI分別為:-0.108 0、0.118 8、0.172 4,表明我國(guó)婦幼保健資源的配置向經(jīng)濟(jì)水平較高的地區(qū)傾斜較為明顯,地區(qū)之間婦幼保健資源配置不公平。泰爾指數(shù)顯示,我國(guó)婦幼保健資源地區(qū)間仍存在配置差距。各地區(qū)內(nèi)部配置不公平性較為嚴(yán)重,是影響我國(guó)婦幼保健資源配置公平性的主要因素。結(jié)論婦幼保健資源配置不合理,婦幼保健資源中機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)、床位數(shù)的公平性優(yōu)于衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員數(shù)的公平性;婦幼保健資源配置地區(qū)間較為公平,優(yōu)化婦幼保健資源配置應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注地區(qū)內(nèi)部的不公平,尤其是東部地區(qū);婦幼保健資源配置城鄉(xiāng)差異顯著,農(nóng)村地區(qū)優(yōu)于城市地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and evaluate the distribution and equity of maternal and child health resources in China. Methods the concentration index, concentration curve and Thiel index were used to measure. Results the concentration index (CI) of the number of MCH institutions, the number of beds in MCH institutions and the number of health technicians in MCH institutions were-0.108 0 / 0.118 / 8 / 0.172 4, respectively. The results showed that the allocation of maternal and child health care resources in China was more obvious to the areas with higher economic level, and the allocation of maternal and child health care resources between regions was not fair. Theer index shows that there is still a gap in allocation of maternal and child health resources in China. The unfairness of allocation in different regions is serious, which is the main factor that affects the fairness of allocation of maternal and child health resources in China. Conclusion the allocation of maternal and child health resources is unreasonable, and the fairness of the number of institutions and beds in the resources of maternal and child health care is better than that of the number of health technicians. The allocation of maternal and child health resources among regions is more equitable, the optimization of the allocation of maternal and child health resources should focus on the inequity within the region, especially in the eastern region, the allocation of maternal and child health resources between urban and rural areas is significantly different, rural areas are better than urban areas.
