【摘要】：目的:探討米非司酮配伍米索前列醇聯(lián)合清宮術(shù)治療稽留流產(chǎn)的臨床效果。方法:選取2013年7月—2016年7月江西省安福縣婦幼保健院收治的稽留流產(chǎn)患者60例作為研究對象。以隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組和對照組各30例。對照組患者給予戊酸雌二醇,3 d后行清宮術(shù)治療;觀察組患者給予米非司酮、米索前列醇聯(lián)合清宮術(shù)治療。比較2組患者的治療效果。結(jié)果:觀察組患者手術(shù)時間、陰道出血量、疼痛發(fā)生率及人工流產(chǎn)綜合征發(fā)生率均顯著小于對照組,觀察組患者1次清宮成功率、宮頸軟化及擴(kuò)張總有效率均明顯高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇聯(lián)合清宮術(shù)治療稽留流產(chǎn),療效顯著,可減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with uterine clearing in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods: 60 patients with missed abortion were selected from July 2013 to July 2016 in Anfu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province. Randomly divided into observation group and control group of 30 cases. The patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate for 3 days and the patients in the observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results: the operative time, vaginal bleeding volume, incidence of pain and induced abortion syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The success rate of single uterine clearance, the total effective rate of cervix softening and dilatation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with uterine clearance is effective in the treatment of missed abortion and can reduce the incidence of complications.
