老年人日常生活活動(dòng)能力與抑郁相關(guān)性的研究

【摘要】：目的了解我國(guó)老年人日常生活活動(dòng)能力(ADL)與抑郁間的相關(guān)性。方法采用中國(guó)健康與養(yǎng)老追蹤調(diào)查(CHARLS)2013年的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用Logistic回歸對(duì)我國(guó)3 463名老年人進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果不同性別、婚姻狀況、慢病情況、戶口、教育水平、人均消費(fèi)、軀體生活自理能力(BADL)、工具性日常生活活動(dòng)能力(IADL)的老年人在抑郁狀況中的差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);Logistic回歸顯示,在控制混雜影響因素后,BADL受損(OR=1.754,95%CI=1.470-2.093)、IADL受損(OR=1.774,95%CI=1.510-2.084)仍是抑郁情緒的危險(xiǎn)因素,可作為抑郁的預(yù)測(cè)因子。結(jié)論日常生活活動(dòng)能力對(duì)抑郁有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用,通過(guò)提高老年人日常生活活動(dòng)能力,幫助其建立有效的心理防御機(jī)制,可有效改善其生活質(zhì)量,為開展心理干預(yù)措施提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between (ADL) and depression in the elderly in China. Methods 3 463 elderly people in China were analyzed by Logistic regression using the data of China Health and Old-age Follow-up Survey (CHARLS) in 2013. Results gender, marital status, chronic illness, hukou, educational level, per capita consumption, physical self-care ability (BADL), There were significant differences in depression among the elderly with instrumental ADL (IADL) (P0.05). Logistic regression showed that BADL impairment (OR=1.754,95%CI=1.470-2.093), IADL impairment (OR=1.774,95%CI=1.510-2.084) was still a risk factor for depression after controlling for mixed influencing factors and could be used as a predictor of depression. Conclusion the ability of daily life can predict depression positively, and the quality of life can be effectively improved by improving the ability of daily life of the elderly and helping them to establish effective psychological defense mechanism. It provides a theoretical basis for psychological intervention.
