1993~2013年南京市釘螺及哨鼠血吸蟲感染監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果分析

【摘要】:目的分析1993~2013年南京市21年來釘螺感染率與哨鼠血吸蟲感染情況以及兩者之間的相關(guān)性,為制定防治措施提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法 1993~2013年每年春季采用系統(tǒng)抽樣結(jié)合環(huán)境抽查法開展螺情調(diào)查,并在同一時(shí)間段采取小白鼠接觸法對(duì)水體的血吸蟲感染性進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果釘螺感染率、感染性釘螺面積總體呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),2009年至今未發(fā)現(xiàn)陽性螺點(diǎn);哨鼠感染率1998年以前高達(dá)100%,2008年至今哨鼠感染率均為0。兩者變化趨勢(shì)一致,存在顯著的正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)r_s為0.726,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。結(jié)論加大綜合防治力度,控制感染性釘螺,依然是該市控制血吸蟲病流行的有效防治措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between snail infection rate and sentinel Schistosoma japonicum infection in Nanjing from 1993 to 2013, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Oncomelania hupensis. Methods from 1993 to 2013, systematic sampling combined with environmental sampling was used to carry out the snail survey, and the contact method of mice was used to detect schistosomiasis infection in water in the same time period. Results the infection rate of Oncomelania hupensis and the area of infected snails decreased year by year, and no positive snail spots were found in 2009. The infection rate of sentinel snails was as high as 100 before 1998 and 0. There was a significant positive correlation between the two groups, and the correlation coefficient was 0.726, which was statistically significant (P0. 000). Conclusion it is still an effective measure to control schistosomiasis in the city by strengthening comprehensive control and controlling infected snails.
