【摘要】：目的了解速干手消毒劑啟用后的有效期,為臨床合理使用速干手消毒劑提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取某院手衛(wèi)生依從性排名后4位的臨床科室同一時間開啟使用的20瓶某品牌速干手消毒劑為研究對象,開啟使用后第1天采樣,每10 d重復(fù)采樣直至消毒劑使用完為止。同時對使用相應(yīng)消毒劑消毒的手采樣。檢測消毒劑和手標(biāo)本合格情況。結(jié)果共采集消毒劑樣本98份,經(jīng)肉眼觀察,整個研究期間20瓶速干手消毒劑無變色、沉淀、懸浮物等。速干手消毒劑開瓶后60 d內(nèi)檢測合格率均為100%。共采集消毒后手標(biāo)本44份,其中有3份標(biāo)本檢測不合格,均為使用開啟后第50天的速干手消毒劑,檢測不合格人員使用同批次速干手消毒劑后進(jìn)行二次采樣,檢測合格,考慮不合格原因非消毒劑本身影響。結(jié)論含醇速干手消毒劑在開啟后第60 d仍具有良好的殺菌作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the validity period of Suidanhand disinfectant and to provide reference for clinical rational use of it. Methods A total of 20 bottles of a brand quick dry hand disinfectant, which was opened at the same time in the clinical department of a hospital, was selected as the research object. The samples were collected on the first day after opening and repeated sampling every 10 days until the disinfectant was finished. At the same time, the hand sample of disinfection using the corresponding disinfectant. Disinfectants and hand specimens are tested for eligibility. Results A total of 98 disinfectant samples were collected and observed with naked eyes. During the whole study, 20 bottles of speed-dry hand disinfectant were not discolored, precipitated, suspended and so on. The qualified rate of quick dry hand disinfectant was 100 in 60 days after opening the bottle. A total of 44 hand specimens were collected after disinfection, 3 of which were unqualified, all of which were quick dry hand disinfectants on the 50th day after opening. After the same batch of quick dry hand disinfectants were used to detect the disinfectants, the second sampling was carried out, and the results were qualified. Consider the nonconformance reason not the disinfectant itself influence. Conclusion the quick drying hand disinfectant containing alcohol still has good bactericidal effect on the 60 th day after opening.
