成年女性參考人體素輻射劑量模型的研究

【摘要】:本論文在原始女性體素劑量學(xué)模型VPCF的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)發(fā)了一個(gè)基于中國(guó)(亞洲)參考人數(shù)據(jù)的體素輻射劑量模型CRAW(Chinese ReferenceAdult Woman),并利用蒙特卡羅FLUKA程序模擬計(jì)算得到了光子、質(zhì)子以及π介子在AP及PA兩種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)照射幾何下的劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)。 在個(gè)體女性體素模型VPCF的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)中國(guó)參考人數(shù)據(jù)以及ICRP70號(hào)報(bào)告中骨組織分布數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)對(duì)骨骼進(jìn)行二次分割以及對(duì)器官進(jìn)行調(diào)整等過(guò)程,開(kāi)發(fā)建立起能代表中國(guó)成年女性的參考人體素輻射劑量模型CRAW。該模型依據(jù)ICRP骨組織數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得到了19個(gè)骨骼部位的骨組織的含量,根據(jù)這些骨組織數(shù)對(duì)骨骼進(jìn)行了二次分割,建立起了用中國(guó)男性參考人體素模型(CRAM)同原始成年女性體素模型VPCF相結(jié)合的骨模型RBM-site-specific,考慮了紅骨髓、黃骨髓、骨小梁等骨組織的分布。采用Matlab軟件“膨脹”和“腐蝕”與Photoshp手動(dòng)分割相結(jié)合的方法對(duì)器官體積進(jìn)行了調(diào)整,使器官質(zhì)量與中國(guó)參考人數(shù)據(jù)相一致。最終建立了一個(gè)身高158cm,體重54kg,,體素尺寸為1.774mm×1.774mm×4.85mm,包含37個(gè)人體主要器官組織的成年女性參考人體素模型。 利用CRAW模型在蒙特卡羅FLUKA程序中進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得到了一套能代表中國(guó)成年女性參考人的光子(0.02MeV-10MeV)、質(zhì)子(0.02GeV-10TeV)、π介子(0.001GeV-10TeV)在AP以及PA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)照射情況下的外照射劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)。為皮膚、紅骨髓、骨表面等分布較為特殊的輻射敏感器官選擇了較合適的劑量計(jì)算方法。 對(duì)不同照射幾何、器官的大小、位置、形狀以及個(gè)體差異對(duì)劑量的影響進(jìn)行了深入分析和討論。結(jié)果表明這些因素對(duì)低能入射粒子在AP方向與其它模型的劑量偏差影響較大,而對(duì)于中能以及高能粒子其則影響很小。
[Abstract]:Based on the primordial female voxel dosimetry model (VPCF), a voxel radiation dose model (CRAW (Chinese ReferenceAdult Woman),) based on Chinese (Asian) reference human data was developed in this paper. The photons were calculated by Monte Carlo FLUKA program. Dose conversion coefficients of protons and 蟺 mesons under two standard irradiation geometry of AP and PA. On the basis of individual female voxel model VPCF, according to Chinese reference human data and bone tissue distribution data in ICRP70 report, the bone was divided twice and organs were adjusted. Development of a reference dose model CRAW. for Chinese adult women Based on the ICRP bone tissue data, the bone tissue content of 19 bone sites was calculated, and the bone was further partitioned according to the number of bone tissues. The bone model RBM-site-specific, which combines the Chinese male reference human body hormone model (CRAM) with the primitive adult female voxel model VPCF, takes into account the distribution of bone tissues such as red bone marrow, yellow bone marrow and trabeculae. The method of Matlab software "expansion" and "corrosion" combined with manual division of Photoshp is used to adjust organ volume to make organ quality consistent with Chinese reference human data. Finally, an adult female reference body hormone model with height of 158 cm, body weight of 54 kg and volume size of 1.774mm 脳 1.774mm 脳 4.85 mm was established, which included 37 major organs and tissues of human body. By using the CRAW model in Monte Carlo FLUKA program, a set of external dose conversion coefficients for 0.02MeV-10MeV, 0.02GeV-10TeV and 0.001GeV-10TeV in AP and PA standard irradiation are obtained. A more suitable dose calculation method was chosen for radiation sensitive organs with special distribution on skin, red bone marrow and bone surface. The effects of different irradiation geometry, organ size, position, shape and individual difference on dose were analyzed and discussed. The results show that these factors have a great effect on the dose deviation between the low energy incident particles and other models in the AP direction, but have little effect on the medium energy and high energy particles.
